What is this?

What is presented on the main page is a list of the top boxing websites. The figures to the right of the domain name indicate the domain's rank compared to all other Internet websites as compiled by Alexa. With over 800 million websites all over the Internet, to be ranked 14,000th (as in the case with FIGHTNEWS.COM) is already an achievement. In fact it would be very difficult to get into the Top 100,000 judging with how few boxing-related websites break into this elite circle.

How are the rankings determined?

We use the traffic data provided by Alexa Internet to determine which of the boxing-related domains make it to the listings. Go here to learn about how Alexa does its rankings.

Are all boxing-related websites automatically included in the rankings?

No, because it is impossible to automatically determine whether a domain name is somehow related to boxing or not. What we did was scour the net for boxing-related websites and check their rankings and include them in the listing. Some boxing-related sites doesn't have an Alexa ranking yet so they are included here. If we miss some boxing-related domains, please let us know so we can add them in our database.

How often does your rankings are updated?

The rankings are updated daily at around 18:00 GMT.
